 How do I Place A Order with Fashion Runway Boutique?

Placing an order is easy. Wherever you see a product. Simply select your size or product and click ‘Add to Cart'. Your chosen item will appear in your shopping cart. As you continue to shop or browse the site you can click on the cart to see its contents at any time. When you’re ready to place your order, select 'Proceed to Checkout' from the cart and follow the straightforward prompts to complete the one-step checkout process. When Will I Receive My Order?

Orders will be shipped via FedEx Economy, DHL, GLS & Postal Service. Delivery time will depend on the third party suppliers. In most cases, however, you will receive our item within 7 business days. For more details please see our Shipping & Delivery page.

How Will I Know If My Order Was Received?

After you place your order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order has been received. This does not mean that we have confirmed your order - only after your credit-card details have been approved, the delivery address has been verified and the items located with your order accepted, and the items shipped. You will receive a second email from us confirming your order. If any of the items you have ordered are unavailable, we will inform you of the out-of-stock items and your payment for these items will be refunded via the payment method you used.

How Will I Be Able To Track My Order?

When we ship your order for delivery you will receive a tracking number by email. Once in receipt of this tracking number you can check the current status of your shipment. If you have any questions, you can always contact us through email. We will be happy to track the package for you.

Do I Have To Pay Duty and Import Charges?
