WHAT TO DO IN CASE A WRONG/DAMAGED ITEM WAS DELIVERED?

We do accept returns 14 days from delivery. If a damaged item was delivered, the end-customer is required to send photos clearly showing the tag, the item itself, and its defect. You will have 5 days to make any claims of the item being received. We’ll send a return label and refund the order once received back. 

 

If you want to return the order because of a change of mind or because you chose the wrong size/product, he/she will be charged for the return shipment.  A return should be sent to our Swedish warehouse/and or are other suppliers in the USA 14 days of the delivery with a valid tracking number. Items are only to be returned via FED EX, UPS, DHL only with a valid tracking number.  Parcel Post will not be accepted. For further help.  contact us at:  contact@fashionrunwayboutique.com. 

INSTRUCTIONS BELOW FOR RETURNS OUTSIDE OF THE EU

When completing a CN22 customs form it’s obligatory to indicate the following VAT number: SE5592133465. Additionally, the address you should assign your returned goods to is:  Brandsgateway c/o Joseph , Fabriksvägen 9, 56435 Bankeryd, Sweden. Under ‘Contents’ it’s obligatory to be selected “Returned Goods”.

In addition, please note that any return coming from outside the European Union to the Swedish postal service/custom agency has a fixed customs administration fee of 27 Euros which will be deducted from the refund. Items must be returned unworn, unused, undamaged, unwashed with all original tags attached as well as the box or duster bag.  Some suppliers may not provide a duster bag or box.  If items do not have come in the same condition as we shipped. The item or items will be returned back to the sender.

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund.

NOTE

Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

Returns do take us 7-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
